The location had easy access to the town. The bed felt comfy I believe. The value for money seemed excellent really.
The host I meet was not very kind. She looked unfriendly and gave instructions. The room felt not very clean really and never ventilated.

the landlady was really helpful she were great for us. the location allowed easy walks into town for events. the beds were comfortable making it hard to get out of them. tea and coffee were available and the host offered help with an iron.
the shower tray nearly overflowed after only two minutes the cleanliness could have been better i noticed a ball of hair on the bathroom floor.

Charming Stay Near Surrey University

The landlady was friendly and helpful. She even offered assistance with an iron and ironing board, which I found quite accommodating. My bed was very comfortable. The location allowed an easy walk into town for various activities.
My room faced a busy main road, which resulted in significant road noise. Despite closing the windows, the noise was still noticeable. While the room became stuffy with the windows closed, the overall experience was still quite positive.
